Training is held every Tuesday and Thursday, with a dedicated juniors session on Saturday afternoon. Times are as follows;
Tuesdays
19:00-21:00 Adults (16+) & senior grades.
Thursdays
19:00-21:00 Cadets (Ages 8-16) & adults (16+).
Saturdays
13:30-15:00 Juniors (Ages 5-8)
